wow been forever since i been here finally came in and cleaned up the place a bit i haven't even opened poser in 3 years wonder if i remember how it all works lmao gonna do that soon my next day off lots of changes here.... gonna try to get my groove back take care all

woohhooo the new year already is it me or does time fly faster now
anywhooooo healing is going great, still pain in the back at times
but im for sure more mobile
DR released me but still limited in what i can do which really pissed me off........
that was the whole point of gettin the flippin surgery
now i find i cant work at all like i used to
WTF... ughhhhhh anyway
im doing well and hope to pop in here more often

not that anyone reads this, just a update on me,
surgery went great, healing nicely still cant sit very long and still wearing the back brace till nov 3rd.
seems i didnt have a herniated disc after all it was a ruptured disc... but its all fixed now and legs are working great, should be back 100% real soon ( not soon enough for me lol)
just in time for the holidays and cooking woooottt
i love to cook for the holidays havent been able to in years
anyway hope everyone out there is well take care

as for me as of sept 3rd i will not be around for a few months i am scheduled for back surgery that day
herniated disc/nerve damage, have to wear a brace for 2 months after icky poo yuck.......
so no sitting here playin, i sure hope it helps my legs work again and gets rid of this pain...

been waitin 5 years to have it done and now the day is near wooottt
